Product Range

Our products are used for both indigenous and foreign vehicles. These products are shellcast in cast iron as well as aluminum alloy's as per customer satisfaction. Our exhaustive range of precision products includes pistons, piston rings, piston pins, motorcycle piston kits, engine sleeves, engine liners and cylinder blocks.

Pistons

We use international standard aluminum alloy to manufacture pistons. We maintain accuracy in weight, dimensions and raw material. The manufacturing range vary from dia 35 mm to 100mm and are used for practical applications in Moped, 2 wheeler, 3 Wheeler, Motorcycles, Lombardini series & Stationary engines.

Piston Ring

These are made from high quality Grey C.I. Castings (Individual Casting) that has very fine grain to offer high tension at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines. The piston rings manufacturing range vary from 35mm to 125mm dia and are made for varied applications in Mopeds, 2 wheelers, 3 Wheelers, Motor Cycles, Lombardini series, cars, tractors, industrial and diesel engines, air and gas compressors, ammonia compressors. The various types of piston rings include: motorcycle piston ring, plain compression rings, hard chrome plated compression & oil rings, scraper type compression rings, taper (keystone) compression rings, step cut compression & oil rings, slant cut compression rings, lock type compression rings, steel compression rings, slotted oil rings, spring loaded oil rings (with helical coil spring), steel laminated segments and bimetal rings.

Cylinder Blocks, Shell Moulded, Aluminum alloy or Cast Iron cylinder block

These are made of C.I. Casting and shell moulding. The cross-line boring is performed on each piece to achieve virtually distortion less innerbore. The hardness is maintained between 90 to 95 HRB. Our range varies from 35mm to 100mm and is applicable in Mopeds, Two/Three Wheelers, Moto Cycles, Air Compressors, Industrial Engines and Tractors.
